My 3 week transformation 🤗 . I’m always posting my clients’ 3 week transformations and I thought I’d share my own!!! I wanted to tighten up for a beach vacation and for a few photoshoots and here is my 3 week progress 💪🏽 . ⌛️ I lost an inch off my waist 🔢 I went from 140 lbs to 134 lbs 💃🏽 My cellulite is all gone 🍽 I started incorporating carb cycling, so on certain days I was eating higher carbs and on certain days I was eating lower carbs 🏋🏽‍♀️ I continued to weight lift 5x a week 🏃🏽‍♀️ I increased my cardio and was doing 20 mins fasted, 7x a week and 12 mins of HIIT after weight training, 5x a week 🍔 Still had Weekly cheat meals . It’s incredible the power of food & exercise. I wanted to share this with you all to show that a few tweaks can get you the desired look you want.
