Este año los MTV Europe Music Awards 2017 (EMA) se llevarán a cabo el 12 de noviembre de 2017 en el SSE Arena de Londres, la encargada de dirigir la premiación será Rita Ora.
Los ganadores de cada categoría serán elegidos dependiendo de los resultados de la votación que se encuentra abierta al público en general en mtvema.com.
